Hierarchical Table of Contents

Available at all times on the left margin of this website is the hierarchy table of contents:

It contains links to all of the general sections and also serves as an outline of the entire project.

Overview

When the term Overview is pressed from the hierarchy table of contents, the Overview for Mining the Bibliome page pops up, showing a list and link to the Overview, Resources, Documentation, Software/Tools, and Archives, all of the main sections of the website.

When the term Overview, under the contents section from the Overview for Mining the Bibliome page is pressed, the Overview section is displayed, showing an abstract of the project.

About Us/Credits

When the term About Us/Credits is pressed, the About Us/Credits page pops up, showing a list and link to all of the credits of this project.

Resources

When the term Resources is pressed from the hierarchy table of contents, the Resources page pops up, showing a list and link to the Data, Publications, and Works of Interest, all of the subsections of the Resources.

Data

When the term Data is pressed from the hierarchy table of contents, the Data page pops up, containing the latest release of texts and documentation of the project.

Publications

When the term Publications is pressed from the hierarchy table of contents, the Publications page pops up, listing all of the current publications from this project.

Works of Interest

When the term Works of Interest is pressed from the hierarchy table of contents, the Works of Interest page pops up, listing links that are in affiliation to this project, along with resources and readings that are related to this project.

Documentation

When the term Documentation is pressed from the hierarchy table of contents, the Documentation page pops up, listing links to the Guided Tour, Description of Data, Software/Tools, and Docs for Annotators, all of the subsections of the Documentation.

When the term User Guide is pressed from the hierarchy table of contents, the User Guide page pops up, showing the guidelines of this website.

Guided Tour

When the term Guided Tour is pressed from the hierarchy table of contents, the Guided Tour page pops up, giving users and annotators their own navigation through this website.

Description of Data

When the term Description of Data is pressed from the hierarchy table of contents, the Description of Data page pops up, providing a brief description and navigation through the Data section.

HTML View

Within the Description of Data page, there are two more sections, the CYP450 HTML View page and the Oncology HTML View page. These sections describe how to view, understand the legends to these annotated files, as well as contain links to these abstracts from the PubMed site.

Software/Tools

When the term Software/Tools is pressed from the hierarchy table of contents, the Software/Tools page pops up, listing links to the Software/Tools, WordFreak, LAW Workflow System, Annotation Database, Taggers, and TreeEditor, all of the subsections of the Software/Tools.

When the term Software/Tools, under the contents section from the Software/Tools page is pressed, the Software/Tools section is displayed. A list of all the links to the software/Tools created specifically for this project as well as from outside resources are shown here.

Docs for Annotators

When the term Docs for Annotators is pressed from the hierarchy table of contents, the Documentation for Annotators page pops up, listing links to the Policies, Annotation Guidelines, Email Archives, and Contact Information, all of the subsections of the Documentation for Annotators.

Annotation Guidelines

When the term Annotation Guidelines is pressed from the Documentation for Annotators page, the Annotation Guidelines page pops up, listing links to the General Annotation Guidelines, Training, Pretagging, POS, Entity, CYP450, Oncology, Relations, Treebanking, and Fixup, all of the subsections of the Annotation Guidelines.

Software/Tools
