LAW Workflow System

The LAW workflow system's primary purpose is to provide a file/user/task management system for projects that need to manage a pipeline of processes that are performed on some type of source file. The system is intended to handle a very large number of users, files, tasks, and projects. The LAW system allows the checkout of files so that specific tasks can be performed before they are checked back in and passed on to a new task.
